This is my First Post for the year .
On the Occassion of the New Year i am Posting the Recipe of the Sweet which is made of AvareKayi (Or Flat Beans).
Ingredients Required - For 5 -6 Cups
Flat Beans - (soaked and De husk to Dal)- 1 Big Glass
Milk- 3 GlassWater- 1 Glass
Sugar-2 Glass
Elaichi -to Taste
Ghee-1/4 Glass
Method-
1.Cook the DeHusked Flat Beans in Cooker and allow it to Cool .Once it is Cooled ,Grind it in Mixer.
2.Put the Grinded Dal,Milk,Sugar,Ghee in a Pan and keep stiring in Sim mode continously.
This Will take around 2 Hours3.Once it is Cooked Nicely,Put the Elaichi Powder.
Note- You need to stir it continously and in the mid of stiring you get the sweet in the form of Knots and those Knots are very tasty .
